Complete Architectural Design for New Terminal and Hangar Facility and related Site Improvements.
Carden Beach Resort – Estate Coakley Bay, St. Croix
Interior layout and finish details for Phase II and complete design package for Phase III. Each Phase included (10) 3 Bedroom, 2 bath units at 2,200 SF each.
AZ Academy Renovation and Addition – Estate Orange Grove, St. Croix
Renovated an existing hotel villas to accommodate 7 classrooms, toilet facilities and storage areas, 4650 SF.

Large Danish Style Great House Design for a new hill top 3 bedroom, 4 bath residence with wrap around covered porches, exercise room, office loft, guest kitchen, roof top observation deck, underground garage, and lap pool, 18,500 SF.
New Residence – Estate Coakley Bay, St. Croix
Clean Line Caribbean Design for a new waterfront 4 bedroom, 3 bath residence with large decks and spa pool, 2,800 SF.
New Residence – North Grapetree, St. Croix
Contemporary Caribbean Design for a new waterfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath residence with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath caretaker’s quarters with pool, 7,000 SF.
New Residence – Estate Slob, St. Croix
Traditional West Indian Design for a new hill top 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath main house with 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest cottage with expansive covered porches and pool, 4200 SF.
